Rental Conditions
Point 1: General
The following conditions apply to the association SpotSound, owner of www.spotsound.fr domiciliéea at 28 rue Olivier de Serres - 75015 Paris.
Leasing activity that we offer on our website www.spotsound.fr is an activity for individuals and companies or any other person as long as it is in France. In this respect, French law applies, and the potential customer must accept these Terms and Conditions without limitation rental (GLC abbreviation thereafter).
We rent our equipment for full day, this means that we offer it for periods of 24 hours. Generally, we offer our equipment for two days or a weekend, but the time can be scalable, that is to say, when you rent, you can choose two days or weekend or week 2 days -end one day, two days or weekend 2 days or 2 days or 3 days weekend with a few euros extra. If you want to reserve a week, please contact us via email: contact@spotsound.fr. We are a group of volunteers, we set our prices in relation to supply and demand and are relatively flexible on times. Of course you will understand, the equipment must be returned to service after verification, do not hang when rendering hardware! We will charge extra days rental in fare.
When making material, we usually test the equipment with you. A demonstration is available free to show that the equipment is in good condition and in working order. Once you give your approval, you sign the contract generated when ordering on the site, the rent is due in its entirety. The invoice is proof of good leaving and signed by a responsible SPOTSOUND and client. If a problem should arrive at your event or during your evening with our equipment, call us or leave a message (preferably because we are hyper-reactive by means of communication):

We will reply within 30 minutes maximum and intervene if necessary depending on the degree of damage. However, if the damage was voluntary and not considered an accident, thank you for your honesty. Regarding rates of intervention:
- If the equipment needs to be replaced (breakage, malfunction etc ...), we will not charge anything (but it must be ntore of responsibility).
- If the equipment is not configured, the intervention will be charged depending on your point of delivery / reception / home etc. ... with a minimum of 60 euros.

In addition, the user or lessor must not repair itself or attempt to repair the equipment without having called us to 09-70-44-53-20 (price of a local call in France) or contacted email: contact@spotsound.fr in case of malfunction. Only our expert hands can solve (at best and hopefully) this type of unpleasant event.
Maintenance and commissioning of equipment are functioning at our expense. The material is packaged and ready to use when booking and availability of products displayed on our website www.spotsound.fr
Our equipment is in perfect working condition when you just get it or when you book.
The customer must know the laws in force in France including power equipment, safety at events (eg, safety distance) or at any other event that would appeal to our equipment.
Item 2. Bail
For equipment rental, a deposit in the amount of time x10 leased equipment must be submitted at time of booking and therefore making equipment.
An example: if you rent for 15 euros equipment, a deposit of 150 euros must be filed.
This deposit is usually submitted by check is not cashed unless breakage or damage to the equipment or even not made full equipment (missing pieces). No exceptions will be made on this point.
In addition, a check is not divided into several parts. If a partial amount must be cashed your deposit in case of damage or breakage, we could not cashed this one in full. Item 3. Sublease
In the equipment rental is permitted provided you know what is your landlord. In case of breakage or damage to equipment, only the original client will be responsible. Item 4. Return Material
The equipment must be returned exactly as he left, that is to say, with packaging, cables, accessories. If you downloaded extensions or other accessories, thank you for reporting the exact number. If this was not the case, the lease is not considered made in due form and therefore deposit fee will apply. We are quite restrictive but think about the next person! In addition, we are not fooled, even picky and equipment is tested by our members at home. If you have such problems, we focus on the dialogue and the resolution of problems amicably foremost collection of liquidity. Item 5. Payment
Any payment for rental must be paid before removal of equipment. For rentals we offer at the moment as a means of payment:

- Cash on delivery (if the customer chooses to be delivered / installed equipment)
- When removing the equipment at the store (by check or cash). Attention, we do not have POS, the CB is not accepted at the store shrinkage.
If you keep the equipment longer without telling us, we reserve the right to charge an additional amount of rent called penalties corresponding to the location of material on the effective period.
Example: You hire a laser two days (two days so you pay cash withdrawal equipment) and you keep three days, then you pay an extra day at the back of the laser.
Item 6. Delivery and transport
For rent, we have several possible modes of delivery: delivery or store removal by means of our care expenses. When removing the store, the equipment is tested and in perfect working order (check made with you). As soon as you leave the store, you are solely responsible for any damage, theft or other damage even if you subsequently found a default. In the case of transport, you are in the same case: charge! In case of delivery by us, you are responsible when you sign the lease and that the material has been tested with you. If you are transporting material thereafter, or if you handle it to install it by yourself, you are once again responsible for what might happen. It is noted that in the case where the client wanted to be delivered, and if the address was not found by us, we would call you on your number left on your account on the site and if after 20 minutes you did not answer or that we could not deliver the material is returned to the store and then a new cycle should start (you repayerez travel expenses). You also have the right to refuse delivery and in this case, SPOTSOUND supports the costs incurred.
Item 7. Cancellation
You can cancel a lease at any time by email: contact@spotsound.fr. If you have not paid for your reservation, you will not be asked. Conversely, if you have already booked and paid for your reservation online, 50% of the amount will be refunded. Conversely, SpotSound reserves the right to cancel a lease without giving any reason 24 hours before removing the hardware. We will endeavor to notify you as soon as possible if a cancellation was expected.
Item 8. Reductions
We offer:
10% discount on the first rental with the code "LOCALOCA" (this is not the number of accounts opened on our website that counts but the client name of course!)

Note that the coupon is only valid on the website. No discount will be applied once the order is placed through our online booking platform.
Item 9. Disputes
In case of trouble on rentals and if no consensus could be reached out of court, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction to resolve conflicts.
Item 10. Events and rentals> 300 euros
When "big vacation" or for bookings for events (exceeding 200 euros, WEI Day BDE etc ...), a deposit check of 20% of the total amount is required and non-refundable in case of cancellation of the booking. It is noted that we install the equipment, and we check its status. Degradation, breakage or other disappointments will be charged as indicated in the previous paragraphs. It is noted that it is your responsibility (insurance resp. Civil) or the responsibility of the owner of the room if you have an event the proper use of equipment. No dispute will be opened and no complaint will be accepted thereafter due to degradation (loss whatsoever). If you have questions about this, please contact us contact@spotsound.fr.
Item 11. Responsibility
It is your duty to ensure the safety of your event at any location. If a lighting projector, machine and / or any other equipment rented from SpotSound had a break, unhook or caused an accident, you would be the one responsible for the incident. Our equipment has the systems security level has any kind of problem but if that was the case, we would not be responsible and no refund could take place that form whatsoever.
Conditions of sale / purchase

Item 1. Payment
Any payment for a sale must be made before sending the items requested. We offer for sale at the moment (April 14, 2011) as a means of payment:
- Paypal (the customer may pay by credit card)
- Bank transfer (numbers and conditions posted when ordering)
Item 2. Conditions of shipment
We're doing lean, so we do not stock (but it is possible that some parts are in stock), as such the customer accepts the goods to be sent directly from the supplier at his home or any other address specified when ordering. Our products come from EU countries but also the United States, Canada and Asia (China, Japan, Korea).
Item 3. Costs
Costs are detailed in the order and are not taxed under Article 293 B of the CGI, VAT is not applicable.
Item 4 - Deterioration
We will therefore not responsible for damage, if any, by the carrier - but contact us if this happens so that we find a settlement agreement
Item 5 - Return products
The product return is not systematic or almost never practiced with the quality of our products, please contact us via contact@spotsound.fr to make you. We will not be responsible if any. You have a cooling off period of 7 days from the date of receipt of your package. No refund will be made but financial compensation on a percentage of the order placed. We do not take the packages.
It is noted that many customers want to rent mascots and not buy them. Thus the system back within 7 days, many of them buy, uses 1, 2 times within 7 days and we say they are not happy with the product and want to return. This kind of behavior is banned on our site! We respect the client, we also observe, be frank. Indeed, consider that we can not sell a product that is used and therefore a loss for us!
It should be noted that all our photos are not contractual. Our costumes and models may vary in size and availability.
Item 6 - Delivery
The delivery time is approximately 7 working days depending on quantity after confirming the payment. It may be less here, but it is here also that bit more. A postal tracking number will be given after shipping. Delivery times are for illustrative purposes only, and delays do not entitle the buyer to cancel the sale, to refuse the goods or seek damages. The delivery time may be increased due to customs inspections. As such, we are not responsible for any costs. Customs fees will not be refunded for deliveries (including overseas territories)

Item 9. Payments
The payment for the goods is in the order either online or by check. If you could not pay directly, an agreement could be found (eg payment 3x) and merchandise shipped. However, if we have the entire order within 60 days after delivery of your package in the case of a partial payment. Warning emails will be sent. Beyond this period, a 5% increase in the total amount of the invoice will be requested per month and cumulative. If no payment reached us, a trial shall be drawn up and an action commenced until full payment of the amount of cooler control.
Item 10. Cancellation

Item 11. Use
We are in NO way responsible for the use of costumes. We will not accept complaints concerning accidents voluntary or not the facts of the use of disguises, costumes and mascots.
