Every SPOTSOUND mascot is made to order, then shipped with tracking. Here is how the manufacturing and delivery of your order work.
Lead times: manufacturing, then delivery
- Manufacturing: 10 days (pre-production, then finishing) once your payment is confirmed.
- Delivery: once shipped, the delivery time depends on the shipping option you chose when ordering, on local carriers' lead times and, where applicable, on the customs formalities of your country.
The estimated delivery date is shown on every product page and when you place your order. You can follow each step on our Order tracking page.
Carriers and parcel tracking
Depending on your address and the option chosen, your parcel is handed to one of our partner carriers (Chronopost, FedEx, USPS, Canada Post), with standard or express delivery. As soon as it ships, you are notified by email and, when available, a tracking number is sent to you.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and transport. They depend on the weight of the parcel, the destination and the option chosen, and are shown before you confirm your order.
We recommend grouping your items in a single order: two orders placed separately cannot be combined, and shipping costs apply to each of them.
Packaging
Our mascots travel in amply sized boxes, with particular care taken to protect fragile parts.
