Manufacturing generally takes about ten days, plus shipping time depending on the delivery country. The lead time shown at checkout is indicative. For an event on a fixed date, please tell us the date before ordering so that we can check feasibility.

Choose the size that matches the wearer's height: generally from S to XXXL for wearers of about 1.60 m to 1.95 m, plus a child size. If in doubt, send us their measurements before ordering and we will advise you.

Can the mascot be worn for several hours and outdoors?

Yes, it is designed to be lightweight and breathable, both indoors and outdoors. Plan regular breaks, especially in hot weather. A built-in fan and a cooling vest are available as options to improve the wearer's comfort.

How do I care for my bee mascot?

The head is cleaned by hand with a soft cloth, lukewarm water and mild soap. The body can be machine washed cold on a delicate cycle. Air dry away from any heat source, without using a tumble dryer.
