A complete mascot weighs around 6 kg, depending on the model, size and options chosen. The weight is distributed to provide good stability and make it easier for the wearer to move.

Custom manufacturing for every order
Each mascot is made according to your choices. On the product page, you select the size, change the colors, add your logo or text and choose accessories. For a 100% custom creation from an idea or a sketch, our team supports you from design to manufacturing.
If you would like to see the result before production, the "2D sketch before manufacturing" option lets you approve a sketch: manufacturing then starts after your approval.

Lead times, delivery and order tracking
Manufacturing generally takes about ten days, plus shipping time, which depends on the destination country. The lead time shown at checkout is an estimate. For an event on a fixed date, tell us the date before ordering so we can check together that it is feasible.
We deliver worldwide. As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking number. Outside the European Union, customs and import fees apply and are shown at checkout.
One-year warranty, care and storage
Our mascots come with a one-year manufacturing warranty. It covers manufacturing defects: depending on the case, we repair or replace the part concerned. Normal wear, poor maintenance or misuse are not covered. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.
To keep your mascot in good condition, clean the head by hand with a soft cloth, lukewarm water and mild soap. The body can be machine washed cold on a delicate cycle. Air dry without any direct heat source and never use a tumble dryer.

- Do not crush the head so that it keeps its shape
