Choosing the right size for the wearer
Sizes generally range from S to XXXL, for wearers from about 1.60 m to 1.95 m (5'3" to 6'5"), and a child size is also available. Choose the size that matches the height of the person who will wear the mascot.
If in doubt or if the wearer has a particular build, send the measurements before ordering. The size you select is the basis for manufacturing: check it carefully, as an order cannot be cancelled once payment has been made.

A complete mascot weighs about 6 kg, with the weight distributed for stability. It is designed to be light and breathable, but regular breaks are still recommended, especially during long events or in hot weather.
Three options improve comfort: a fan built into the head, a cooling vest worn under the costume, and shoes, which provide stability and complete the look. Without this last option, the wearer uses their own shoes.

Lead times for an event on a fixed date
Manufacturing generally takes about ten days, plus shipping, the duration of which depends on the delivery country. The lead time shown at checkout is an estimate.
If your mascot is for a specific date, tell us before ordering: we will check feasibility together and advise you on compatible options. For a custom creation, the estimated lead time is provided with the quote, before any order.
