Sizes generally range from S to XXXL, with a child size available. For long events or hot weather, add the built-in fan in the head or the cooling vest, and plan regular breaks.

What are the production and delivery times?

Production generally takes about ten days, plus shipping, the duration of which depends on the delivery country. If your mascot is intended for an event on a fixed date, tell us the date before ordering so that we can check that it is feasible.

How do I choose the right size?

Choose the size that matches the wearer's height. Sizes generally range from S to XXXL for wearers from about 1.60 m to 1.95 m, plus a child size. If in doubt, send us the wearer's measurements before ordering: we will advise you.

Can the mascot be worn for several hours?

Yes. Our mascots are designed to be lightweight and breathable. We recommend regular breaks, especially during long events or in hot weather. The fan and cooling vest options improve the wearer's comfort.

Can I cancel my order or withdraw from the purchase?

The 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to non-personalised models (only the size chosen); a personalised mascot (colours, logo, text, options…) is excluded, see our Terms and conditions of sale. Once payment has been made, the order can no longer be cancelled, except in cases provided for by law. Please check the size, colors and options before confirming.
