What does SPOTSOUND.FR do as a mascot costume maker?

SPOTSOUND.FR makes mascot costumes to order for customers in France and across Europe.

There are two ways to start. You can pick a ready-to-customise model from the catalogue, or you can bring a fully custom project based on a logo, a sketch or just an idea.

A complete costume includes the head, body, gloves and shoes. The head is not sold separately here.

• Catalogue models that you customise
• Fully custom projects from a logo, sketch or idea

How does an order work, step by step?

An order follows four steps: quote, optional sketch, production and tracked delivery.

First, you send your request through the quote form. The quote is free and without obligation, and the team replies within 24 hours.

Second, if your mascot is a custom project, a sketch can be part of the process. Production starts once the design is validated.

Third, production takes about 10 working days after validation. A Fast Delivery option produces in 24 hours.

Finally, the costume is sent with tracked delivery. The delivery time and cost are shown before payment.

• 1. Quote request (free, reply within 24 hours)
• 2. Optional sketch and design validation
• 3. Production (about 10 working days, or 24 hours with Fast Delivery)
• 4. Tracked delivery, with time and cost shown before payment

Who orders custom mascot costumes?

Custom mascots are ordered by companies, clubs, schools, associations and for events.

Companies use a mascot to represent a brand or logo. Clubs and schools often want a character that stands for their team or community. Associations and event organisers order mascots for campaigns, gatherings and public appearances.

Whatever the use, the process is the same: describe your project in the quote form and the team answers within 24 hours.

What should you check before ordering any custom mascot?

Before ordering any custom mascot, check four things: a written quote, mock-up approval, delivery and customs, and the warranty.

These checks apply to any supplier, and they help you avoid surprises on price and result.

• Written quote: confirm what is included (head, body, gloves, shoes), which options are added, and whether the price is shown excluding VAT.
• Mock-up approval: make sure the design is validated by you before production begins.
• Delivery and customs: check that the delivery time and cost are shown before payment. Orders outside the EU can carry customs fees, so ask where they are displayed.
• Warranty: ask how long it lasts and get it confirmed. Here it is 2 years.
