To choose, start by thinking about how you'll use it. A smiling, colorful mascot works very well for welcoming the public or handing out samples, while a dressed-up model, such as the banana in overalls, brings more personality. On each product page, you can customize the colors, add your logo or text and select accessories.

The wearer's comfort matters as much as the look. Our mascots are made with high-density foam and durable, breathable fabrics, weighing around 6 kg depending on the model. Sizes generally range from S to XXXL, for wearers from about 1.60 m to 1.95 m, with a child size also available. A fan and a cooling vest are available as options.

As for ordering, production generally takes about ten days, plus shipping. If you have an event date, let us know before ordering. You can also request a 2D sketch before production, or contact us for a fully custom project or multiple costumes.

What are the production and delivery times?

Production generally takes about ten days, plus shipping depending on the delivery country. The time displayed at checkout is an estimate. For an event with a fixed date, please tell us the date before ordering.

How do I choose the right size?

Choose the size that matches the wearer's height. If in doubt, send us their measurements before ordering and we will advise you. Please check the size carefully before confirming, as it is the basis for production.

Can the mascot be worn for several hours?

Yes, it is designed to be lightweight and breathable. We recommend regular breaks, especially during long events or in hot weather. The built-in head fan and cooling vest options improve the wearer's comfort.

Do you offer mascot rental?

No. SPOTSOUND.FR only sells custom-made mascots; we do not offer rentals. However, you can order several costumes for the same project by contacting us for a tailored quote.
