Second, you review and validate the design with the team. Production of about 10 working days begins after this validation. A Fast Delivery option produces the costume in 24 hours.

Third, tracked delivery is added to the order. The delivery time and cost are shown before payment, so you can check them before you confirm.

For orders outside the EU, customs fees may apply. They are shown at checkout and in the quote. Prices are shown excluding VAT and taxes.

How do you choose the right size and keep the performer comfortable?

Give the team the performer's details when you ask for the quote, and plan comfort options according to how long the costume will be worn.

Tell the team who will wear the costume and, if several people will share it, say so in the quote form. This lets the team advise you on the best solution before the design is validated.

A mascot costume is warm to wear. A cooling vest can help during long appearances, and a balaclava worn under the head is practical when the costume is shared. Plan regular breaks for the performer and have someone nearby to help with the head and to guide movement.

How do you care for and store the costume?
