You can start from a ready-to-customise model in the catalogue, or from a fully custom project based on a logo, a sketch or an idea. Optional extras include a cooling vest, a balaclava, extra gloves and a bag. An extra pair of shoes is also available as an option.

How does an order work, step by step?

You send a quote request, validate the design, and production takes about 10 working days.

How do you choose the size and keep the performer comfortable?

Tell the team who will wear the costume when you request your quote, and plan for comfort from the start.

If one person will wear the mascot for the whole event, mention that person's build in your request. If several people will share it, say so, because this can affect the choice of accessories.

For long days, a cooling vest and a balaclava can make wearing the costume more pleasant. Plan regular breaks away from the public, and keep water within reach of the performer.

A second person to guide the performer through crowds or around the stand is also useful, because visibility from inside a mascot head is limited.

How do you care for and store the costume?

Let the costume dry fully after each use and store it in a bag, away from damp.

After an event, air the costume and the accessories before packing them. Keep the head, gloves and shoes together so nothing is missing for the next outing.

A bag, which is available as an option, makes transport between venues easier. The costume is covered by a 2-year warranty.

How do you plan the date?

Count about 10 working days of production after design validation, then add delivery time and a safety margin before your event.

Delivery is tracked, and the delivery time and cost are shown before payment. Because delays can happen at any stage, avoid ordering for the last possible week.
