If you chose the "2D sketch before production" option, production only starts after you approve the sketch. Your response time therefore counts in the overall schedule.

Give your event date before ordering
For a club anniversary, a school fair, a trade show, a match or an inauguration, the date can't be moved. That is why we ask you to let us know the date before placing your order.
Our team checks with you whether the schedule is feasible. This way you avoid paying for an order that would arrive after the event. Also allow some extra time to try on the mascot and prepare the wearer.

Please state from the start the number of mascots, the date of use and the delivery country. For a 100% custom creation based on an idea or a sketch, the lead time depends on the complexity of the project and is communicated to you with the quote, before any order.

Check size and options: no right of withdrawal
Each mascot is custom-made according to your choices. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply, and once payment has been made, the order cannot be cancelled, except in cases provided for by law.
